The Exigo Plate Loaded Pec Fly targets the pectoral muscles with an effective movement that also engages the triceps and biceps. It is designed with an angled back pad to set up the user correctly and improve stability. And adjustable seat pad to help you comfortably target the correct muscles. This machine is made with 100x50x3mm Flat Sided Oval and is fully commercial with a lifetime warranty on the main frame.

I’m tall and over 100kg, this bench does move at all when doing any exercise on it even tri dips. Pad is comfortable for everything I use it for although I’m not doing heavy bench press but even if I was I still think it would be ok.
