Description

The Exigo Plate Loaded Smith Machine is a versatile station that can be used for various exercises – including bench work, squats, deadlifts, hip thrusts and more. The frame is angled at 5 degrees for a biomechanically correct motion. It features stainless steel pins, high quality linear bearings, and adjustable safety stops. This machine is made with 100x50x3mm Flat Sided Oval and is fully commercial with a lifetime warranty on the main frame. 6 storage points for weight plates are included as standard.

I’m tall and over 100kg, this bench does move at all when doing any exercise on it even tri dips. Pad is comfortable for everything I use it for although I’m not doing heavy bench press but even if I was I still think it would be ok.
