Description

The Exigo Bicep Curl is one of the most efficient ways of isolating the biceps. It pivots at the elbow joint for an anatomically truthful motion, and the pivoting handle allows for natural hand positioning with less strain on the wrists. 5kg incremental weights allow precise resistance increases and numerous load options. This machine is made with 100x50x3mm Flat Sided Oval and is fully commercial with a lifetime warranty on the main frame.

I’m tall and over 100kg, this bench does move at all when doing any exercise on it even tri dips. Pad is comfortable for everything I use it for although I’m not doing heavy bench press but even if I was I still think it would be ok.
