The Impulse IF93 Dual Hip Abductor/Adductor Machine is great for developing muscle groups in the lower body and is a dual function strength machine offering a practical way to work the inner and outer parts of the leg muscles. The adductor machine targets muscle groups in the vastus lateralis, gluteus maximus, adductor magnus and rectus femoris.
It offers 12 starting positions, has ergonomic dual handles for added comfort, and is easy to adjust while remaining seated. To keep users informed on the correct technique it also has an exercise diagram on the front of the machine. The upholstery comes in a sleek black PVC colour and adjustment points can easily be identified by their yellow colour on the machine.
